Mid-term Clean £46 - $70 Includes washing & drying of all bed linen, towels etc. Remaking of all beds, vacuuming of all carpets. Tidy kitchen& bathrooms. Provide fresh toilet tissue & soap.

Welcome Pack £30 - $45 Includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cereal, eggs, bacon, orange juice, coke, bread, butter, jam & fruit. Custom packages also available. Please ask for details.

Baby Package - Free Use of Travel Cot,High Chair and Stroller. Large cot available for small supplement for assembly

Security deposit required of £200 / $300 per booking.

Deposit of £150 / $300 per week required at time of booking.

Balance and security deposit due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

All prices quoted are per week for the entire property and INCLUDE end of stay clean,all linen, towels, and utilities.

Florida state and tourist taxes of 13%is included.

Reservations of less than 7 nights may be available depending upon availability.

Stays of less than 7 nights will be subject to a cleaning fee of £50 / $70.

A minimum rental period of 14 nights applies during high season and Peak season dates.

Payment can be accepted either in £ or $, cash, travelers cheques, US dollar cheques, sterling cheques all accepted, direct Bank transfers, to US or UK.
